If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us the relay address Apple assigned you. You can find it in your Apple Account settings, under "Sign in with Apple".
We confirm the account is yours and let you know by email when it has been deleted.
If you never saved your account with an email, Apple or Google, we can't identify it from outside the app: delete it from the app. If you don't and it never had a subscription, we delete it automatically after 90 days without activity at most, unless it shares a baby's history with another account.
What gets deleted
Your profiles and your babies' profiles, and all your records.
The Coach conversation and your reports of its answers, the Scanner history, and what we noted from your lookups to improve it.
Your My Guides code and its counter.
Your access logs, unless your country in the app is Brazil.
Your photos.
Your data in the service that manages subscriptions.
Your caregivers' access, which is revoked.
Your Sign in with Apple, if you used it, which is also revoked.

Deadlines
Your account disappears from the app and from our systems at once, except what the table above lists.
We tell our providers to delete it within 30 days at most. Whatever remains in backups disappears within 90 days at most.
Your subscription is not cancelled automatically
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store where you subscribed:
iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
If you are a caregiver
Deleting your account removes your access to the babies you were helping with. The records you added stay in the baby's history, because they belong to that history.
If you only want to delete part of your data
From the app: you can delete any record, or the Coach conversation, without deleting your account.
